Programme for the Royal visit

Programme for the visit on May 23rd, 2006 to the Danish Tramway Museum Skjoldenaesholm by their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Frederik og Crown Princess Mary for the presentation and inaugural ride on the State of Victoria's tram gift in connection with the birth and baptizing of Prince Christian - Melbourne tram M&MTB 965:

Arrival at the depot area of the museum 12:30

Welcome by Museum Chairman Mikael Lund and Deputy Chairman Per Tingman Møller

Flowers to be handed over by 7-year old Ringsted-girl Sofie Bech Norgaard, who is granddaughter of one of the active members at the museum

At the passing loop 'Skovkanten' about 800 metres from the museum His Royal Highness Crown Prince Frederik takes over for the remaining stretch to the end loop Ejlers Eg about 1,6 kilometres from the Museum 12:54

Departure with the oldest electric tramcar in the museum collection, Copenhagen No. 17 from 1897 (open platforms) and corresponding trailer No. 283 The Crown Prince couple will also be offered to drive this tram 13:07
