A rainy saturday

In the weekend December 13 and 14 the Tram Museum Skjoldenæsholm had its 14th Christmas arrangement.

Some volunteers were doing some stop the rain dance, but because they didn't worked real hard with it, the weather gods decided they would wait till later before doing anything about the weather.

The trams were Christmas decorated and ready for the guests.

The former newspaper "Aktuelt" had a cartoon, "The Null", where one of the key figures was a tram with the line number 0. At Christmas time Københavns Sporveje let a tram drew around in the streets of Copenhagen as Line 0.

At Christmas time Line 0 rise again at the Tram Museum Skjoldenæsholm, and the tram stops at the terminus - Eilers Eg - where Christmas trees are waiting.

When the right Christmas tree is selected, it will be packed ready for transportation. The Christmas trees are transported to the parking place, where the guests will get their tree.

In Valby Depot some Christmas things from mostly the 1950s are showed.

There is also a Christmas café and the children meets Santa Claus.

The Christmas is long lasting also for trams ...

... and a rest isn't the worst to have.

In the evening the rain stopped, so maybe it will be fine at sunday.

The Tram Museum Skjoldenæsholm wishes all
a Merry Christmas and a Happy new Year.
