The HT-Museum  and "The Hen"

On Saturday November 15 the Trammuseum Skjoldenæsholm had arranged a trip to the HT-Museum, which was open extraordinarily , because of the last opening day for the museum was the day after. The Tram Museum Skjoldenæsholm wanted to give its members and volunteers the opportunity to experience the special mood of the HT-Museum.

The vintage bus KS571 was the one used for the trip. The red bus behind KS571 is a vintage bus from The Danish National Railway (DSB), which was driving the members of DSB Museumstog/Danmarks Jernbanemuseum og Nordsjællands Jernbaneklub.

The Hen

Tuesday November 18 the transport of trams from the exhibition area of the HT-Museum began. One of the first trams was "The Hen", a horse tram from Copenhagen. It was the last one and the nickname "The Hen" was given to the trams of the line by the citizens of Copenhagen.
