Copenhagen - Line no. 14                

 

               

The ancestor of this line was a horse-driven bus line, which began to operate in 1841. In 1863 a part of the line got rails and the first tram was seen in the streets of Copenhagen.

The part of the line, which was going to Klampenborg was finished in 1884. This part of the line was a streetcar line using steam as power. The steam was not a success and the line was closed in 1892. First i 1904 it was reopened now as an electric tram line.

The last day the line was running as a tram was October 16. 1965.
